Homeopathic remedies for your summer first aid kit
Muriaticum acidum 7C:
for sun allergy or sun-sensitive skin – 5 granules to be taken in the morning and at night.
Histaminum 9C:
for the prevention of sun allergy in people who are prone to urticaria. 5 granules should be taken twice a week.
Tarentula cubensis 9C and Ledum palustre 9C:
for painful stings. 5 granules of each should be alternated 3 times a day for two to three days.
Ledum palustre 9C:
for mosquito bites. 5 granules to be taken twice a day.
Halicar ointment or homeopathic ointment made with Cardiospermum halicabum: to be applied topically to bites or stings, inflamed areas and dermatitis.

Apis 15C:
for oedema and first degree burns
Urticaria:
for insect bites
Calendula ointment:
for skin burns and irritation.
Arnica 9C:
for bruising in children and muscle injury. Before and after physical exercise in sports.
Arnica cream:
for bruising in children and muscle injury. Before and after physical exercise in sports.
Podophyllum 9C:
for sudden diarrhoea without vomiting or fever in adults and children. For diarrhoea that is triggered by eating fruit and travelling. 5 granules to be taken after each bowel movement.
Coca 9C:
for height-related vertigo.
Cocculine:
for travel sickness (car, train…) It is a homeopathic speciality that is made from cocculus.
Nux vomica 5C:
for excessive food and drink consumption. 5 granules should be taken before eating or drinking as a preventive measure or every 15 minutes after eating or drinking excessively, as a treatment.
