We accept bookings via telephone, email and also via our website. Please note that we always confirm the bookings via email.
By booking an appointment with Dr Stavy, each patient is accepting our terms & conditions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you are unable to make your appointment and wish to cancel or re-schedule, please contact us at least 48 HOURS of your appointment time in order to get the fee refunded.
If your appointment is on a Monday, please make sure that you let us know by Friday 2pm.

Payment is required prior to the appointment – once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with our bank details.
Please be aware that the cost of the consultation does not cover any tests taken as they are done with an external lab, it also doesn’t cover supplements which are purchased from external suppliers.
Regular follow-ups can help your doctor assess your situation better and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. We recommend a follow-up every X months, unless stated otherwise by Dr Stavy.
REPEAT PRESCRIPTION POLICY
As a private GP service not linked with the NHS, Dr Stavy can only issue private prescriptions.
The fee for the initial consultation (if the patient doesn’t have any previous prescriptions) is £120.
The fee for a repeat prescription is £60 – please note that repeat prescriptions can only be issued if the patient has presented a medical report from the NHS or private specialist.
The prescription can be sent to you or we can send it directly to the pharmacy of your choice.
In case you need your meds to be delivered to you, we can send your prescription to our pharmacy partner – a delivery fee will apply.
TEST, SUPPLEMENTS AND PRESCRIPTIONS ORDERS
Payments must be made prior to testing, prescription and supplement orders.
We will send you an invoice with our bank details and once we have received your payment, we will process your order.
