Life-changing tips to increase your energy and vitality. Everything you do either increases your energy or takes it away; just like the money you have in a bank account, when you run out, you overdraw the account. In our body this same thing can happen, making us sick, tired, depressed, sluggish or slow-thinking.


  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
    • Dilution is the solution to pollution.
  • Eat 8 Fruit and Vegetables a day (preferably organic).
  • Decrease in processed food.
    • Full of slowing fillers and taste enhancers.
    • Mostly anything in a box, including fast food.
  • Limit refined carbohydrates and sugars.
  • Eat breakfast and six small meals a day.
  • Eat good fats.
    • Omega 3’s (fish/tuna oil), Flax, Olive Oil, Avocado
  • Get 8 Hours of sleep a night or get the best quality sleep I can.
    • Completely dark room – no lights/sounds. No, to TV.
    • Comfortable pillow.
    • Deep breaths before bed.
    • Clear mind/get quiet.
    • Sleep on the side with the spine straight or on the back with a small pillow.
  • Limit caffeine and energy drinks.
    • If you can’t live without them, it’s time for a detoxification
  • Exercise 30 minutes every day.
    • It can be accumulative to use a pedometer. Walk more.
  • Breathe deep and often.
